Will my invoice be prorated if I sign up in the middle of the month?
The date you sign up will be the first date of your billing cycle; so if you sign up on the 15th of the month, your next invoice won’t occur until the 15th of the following month or year for the annual plan.
Can I get a refund if I decide I don't want Kingdom BLDRS?
If you cancel please make sure you get a confirmation that your membership has been canceled. If for some reason you did not receive a confirmation, please contact us via email in the contact us area. Please note that there are absolutely NO refunds after your first 30 Days. Once you cancel, your current plan, you will still have paid access to your account until the end of your billing period.
If I start off with one membership plan, can I upgrade or downgrade to a different plan later?
You can upgrade to a longer or higher-level membership at any time from inside your account—you’ll just be charged the difference between your current plan and your new plan. You may also downgrade your membership at the conclusion of your membership period. Simply contact us before you are billed for renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! There are no penalties! Just let us know and you won’t be charged again. Once you cancel, you will still have access to everything until the conclusion of your membership period.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes! Once you sign up, click on the Become an Affiliate tab on the top navigation bar. There you can sign up to become an affiliate. When you share that link with your friends, family and colleagues, you will get paid 30% ongoing commission.
